Exchange or return options are permitted:

  • The product arrives with a clear manufacturing defect.
  • A different product arrives than the original order (a product other than the one ordered).

✅ Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.
  • The purchase invoice or order number must be provided.
  • The product will be inspected first to determine the reason for the exchange or return.

🚚 Who bears the shipping costs?

  • If the error is ours (incorrect or defective product), we bear the full shipping costs.
  • No exchange or return requests will be accepted after 48 hours from receiving the product.
